Conference Room ~ Non-Member Booking Terms & Conditions

Conference rooms shall be scheduled through the online Booking Calendar at https://commondoor.cobot.me/. When scheduling the conference room, Tenant must list the start time and end time of when Tenant intends to utilize the conference room. If Tenant decides not to use the conference room after Tenant has scheduled the conference room through the conference scheduler, Tenant shall immediately cancel the use of the conference room through the conference scheduler to allow access to the conference room by others. 

After Tenant’s use of the conference room, Tenant shall clean the conference room thoroughly, including vacuuming the floors, cleaning the table and chairs, and/or taking any other action to leave the conference room in a clean and orderly condition to be utilized by others. Tenant shall not keep or store any items in the conference room.
